Air Canada has dropped the price of their flights from Anaheim, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, and Sacramento down to $209 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop both ways.
Vancouver to Denver, Colorado is also available for this price.
1-stop flights from Victoria to Phoenix are also available for $222 CAD roundtrip.
Update July 28th: Christmas and New Year's dates are now available for Anaheim, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and Denver. San Diego and Sacramento are no longer available, on any dates.
Update August 5th: San Diego and Sacramento are back. San Diego is available for $170 CAD roundtrip.
Update August 18th: These flights are currently available for about $40-$50 less when using Air Canada's '25% off base fares to all destinations' promo code. Enter code GBKVW6Q1 in the Promotion Code box before searching. The code expires August 20th.
