Hong Kong Airlines has dropped the price of their November flights from Vancouver to Naha, Okinawa, Japan down to $825 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop in Hong Kong each way.
I found November to be a great month to visit Okinawa. Still warm enough for the amazing snorkeling and beaches of Zamami Island (short ferry ride from Naha).
UPDATE: January and into early February dates are now available. Snorkeling and beaches are probably off the table in January, but the weather is still decent for everything else (15-20C). It's also whale season in January.
