Vancouver to Los Cabos, Mexico for July long weekend - $262 roundtrip after tax

Looks like AirCanadaVacations just dropped the price of their June 26 to July 3 flight from Vancouver to Los Cabos, Mexico down to $262 roundtrip after tax. It's about 40% cheaper than the next cheapest flight, which is on US Airways. And unlike the US Airways flight, the Air Canada one is direct.

I'm sure plenty will wonder if this has anything to do with the Air Canada strike. In my opinion, it's likely not a big factor, I've posted drops like this from AirCanadaVacations in the past, during non-strike periods. And I haven't seen any other evidence of unusual price drops on any other Air Canada routes.
The latest news on the strike development is that the Union and Air Canada have struck a tentative agreement.

Update: Westjet looks to have just matched the Air Canada sale. Today looks to be an amazing day for inter-Canada travel prices.
Westjet doesn't seem to have an official page up yet about their sale, they're probably scrambling to get their prices changed to match Air Canada.
