Icelandair has dropped the price of their Saga Premium Class fares from Vancouver to various places in Europe down to between $1406 and $1869 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
This is more than 50% below their typical price point.
Vancouver to Reykjavik, Iceland is nonstop. On all other routes there is 1 stop in Reykjavik.
Officially these are categorized as Business Class flights, but Icelandair's Saga Premium Class flights are known for essentially being a Premium Economy seat with business class amenities.
Carry-on and 2 pieces of checked luggage are included.

Step 1:
- Start with one of the following Google Flights searches:

Google Flights: Vancouver to Rome, Italy
Google Flights: Vancouver to London, UK
Google Flights: Vancouver to Manchester, UK
Google Flights: Vancouver to Paris, France
Google Flights: Vancouver to Stockholm, Sweden
Google Flights: Vancouver to Oslo, Norway
Google Flights: Vancouver to Helsinki, Finland
Google Flights: Vancouver to Copenhagen, Denmark
Step 2:
- Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view.
- Adjust the trip length at the bottom to browse for cheap date combinations.
NOTE: At the moment the Google Flights calendar view is showing prices in the $4000s for almost every date while just casually browsing dates. You need to actually select some dates to see the prices in the $1700s and $1800s roundtrip.
Step 3:
- Go to Skyscanner or Kayak
- Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
- The price will be cheaper than what is showing on Google Flights.
