The flights have 2 stops each way, in Seattle and Atlanta.
UPDATE: American Airlines is now showing 1-stop flights through Dallas for $599 CAD roundtrip in March, April, and May 2023. However the connection in Dallas presents itself as a choice of the lesser of two evils on the way down: 50 minutes or 7 hours. The connection on the way home is more reasonable (4 hours).
UPDATE: Delta is now showing flights for $571 CAD roundtrip including taxes on limited dates in late January and February (see below).

You mention availability for travel in December 2022, but I am not seeing any dates in Dec for these prices? Any specific days I should look for?
Hi Marty, taking a look, right now the departure date closest to December with cheap prices is November 23rd. November 23 to December 1, 5, or 8 for example.
Nov 23 to Dec 11 is $32 more.
You haven't missed anything cheap over the second half of December. There hasn't been any cheap ones for travel in the second half.
